EGG BENEDICT

A true classic and one of the world’s most loved breakfast favourites. Perfectly poached eggs layered with turkey bacon, sliced avocado and rocket on toasted brioche, finished with silky hollandaise sauce and a drizzle of club chilli oil for a richer twist.

Soft scrambled eggs, homemade guacamole, cherry tomatoes, rocket and parmesan, finished with balsamic glaze on toasted sourdough.
